General elections took place in Jamaica, as foreseen, on September 3, 2025.
Over two (2) million electors were registered to exercise their democratic right to vote and decide the composition of all 63 seats of the House of Representatives.
There was a total of 7,294 polling stations across the island in 63 constituencies belonging to 14 parishes.
In terms of observer missions, there were domestic groups (such as CAFFE – Citizens Action for Free & Fair Elections), regional teams (such as CARICOM – Caribbean Community), and international observers from over a dozen countries.
Thankfully, it appears that polling day (and the lead up to Election Day) was well-organized, successful and peaceful.
Electoral Services International Inc. (ESI) was pleased to supply the Electoral Commission with election materials for their recent election. ESI is thankful for its long-standing relationship with its Jamaican partners.
