Greetings and salutations ladies, gentlemen, boys, girls and children of all ages.
Although the year 2020 is a year many of us would like to forget about for obvious reasons, the team here at Electoral Services International Inc. (ESI) still wanted to take the time to thank everyone for their support for another year in ESI’s storied history. Thank you to our customers. Thank you to our employees. Thank you to our suppliers. Thank you to our agents. Thank you to all our partners. Your support, loyalty and assistance during these difficult times does not go unnoticed.
ESI managed to stay open throughout 2020 despite coronavirus/COVID-19 challenges. At times, our hours were altered and our manufacturing plans had to change to allow for social distancing, but we kept developing, producing and shipping electoral materials throughout the year without interruption. ESI already had extensive experience in supporting our clients remotely via our offsite support contract programs. As a result, our sales and customer service teams transitioned well to servicing our customers from a safe distance when such measures were required.
ESI’s typically busy travel schedule was somewhat abbreviated in 2020. Having said that, members of the ESI team still journeyed to Africa, Europe, North America and the South Pacific over the last twelve months.
ESI carefully manufactured and safely delivered our electoral products all around the world in 2020. Our most popular products of the year were ballot boxes (with lids), indelible ink and voting booths.
Never stop learning. Even though the ESI team was not able to attend any conferences in person in 2020 due to travel restrictions and outright cancelations, we made a point to make online conferences and webinars commonplace.
